This Privacy Policy explains who we are, what information we collect when you use The Arrival Camp, LLC (TAC) website (Website), why we collect it, and what we do with it.  By submitting information on the Website, you accept and agree to this Privacy Policy.    Do not use the Website or submit any information on the Website if you are unwilling or unable to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy.  However, we will not change this Privacy Policy in a manner that materially alters our use of personal information (meaning information that can be used to identify you) about you as posted at the time the information was collected, unless we are required to do so by law.

We have a separate Authorization that we ask you to complete as part of your registration on the Website. You must complete the Authorization before submitting your health information to us through the Website.

TAC is a limited liability company located at 16155 Sierra Lakes Pkwy Ste 160-162, Fontana, CA 92336.  Our email address is thearrivalcamp@gmail.com. 

What Information We Collect

When you visit our Internet site.  When you visit the Website we collect information about your use of the site, including your IP address or other identifier, your computer functionality (including browser, operating system, hardware, and network information), the URL that referred you to the Website, the areas within the Website that you visit and your activities there (including remembering you and your preferences), your computer location, and other computer data, including the date and time.  We refer to all this information as “Usage Information.”

We may use various methods to collect and store Usage Information.  These methods may set, change, alter or modify settings or configurations on your computer. They include cookies, web beacons, embedded scripts, browser fingerprinting, e-tags, entity tags, and similar technologies that may be developed in the future.  We may use these technologies for various purposes, including giving you access to the Website, identifying you when you use the Website, improving the performance, content and security of the Website, keeping track of your preferences, and tailoring what we show you (including advertisements) to your interests and your prior activities on the Website and third-party sites.  We may also disclose Usage Information to third parties, who may use it for similar purposes.

When you register.  When you register on the Website, we ask you to provide your name, address, telephone number and other football specific information (“Registration Data”).  We store your Registration Data in your online profile. You can change Registration Data in your profile by re-registering for another camp or event.

We provide various means of contacting us, for example by calling or emailing our support service, or filling out an online support request or feedback form.  We maintain the information you provide through these contacts.

How We Use Your Health Information.  

“Your Health Information” is information that can be used to identify you (such as your name, address or credit card number, and the identities of your emergency contacts), and which indicates something about your health condition, status or treatment.  Thus, Registration Data and Injury Data may also be considered Your Health Information if either identifies you and indicates something about your health condition, status or treatment.

We will use and disclose Your Health Information as described in the Authorization you completed before being able to share information about injury history.  This includes:

●      Disclosing Your Health Information to federal and state public health authorities 

●      Aggregating Your Health Information with other health information

●      Disclosing Your Health Information to NCAA-Affiliated Collegiate Programs unless you opt-out of such disclosures

We will disclose Your Health Information and other personal information about you to others—

●      To inform federal and state public health authorities with information about your health symptoms, conditions or treatment.

●      For legal compliance, including responding and reporting to law enforcement authorities, and detecting and preventing abuse of the Website.

●      To respond to and mitigate security incidents.

●      For dispute resolution, including prosecuting or defending claims by or against us.

●      In the event of a change of ownership or control, including the sale, transfer, merger, or consolidation of all or part of our business with a third party (in which event we may transfer our users’ personal information to the acquiring or surviving entity), and any related due diligence disclosures.

●      When we are required by law to make a disclosure.

●      If you agree or opt in to our sharing your personal information with others through the Forums that are available on the Website.

●      To aggregate or de-identify your information. We may de-identify your personal and health information by removing identifiers or by combining it with the information of other Website users, so that it cannot reasonably be identified with you.  We may use and disclose de-identified information without restriction. 

●      For other purposes that we determine are necessary for the operation of TAC, the provision of our Website, or the safety of our users. However, we will not disclose personal information about you to unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes.

●      For other purposes disclosed at the time you provide your information or as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.

We may also share personal information about you with contractors and service providers who help us operate the Website, or who provide services to you in conjunction with our Website. These may include, for example, contractors who staff our NCAA Subscription Services, host or manage our user database or technology systems, provide customer support, and help us track and analyze the use of the Website.  Third-party service providers (such as our Internet service provider) may collect information about your use of their services. We are not responsible for the activities of third parties, or for their compliance with their own privacy policies. 

Please remember that we do not control the use of your information by third parties.  If you have opted into our sharing your personal information with third parties, you can opt out by setting your preferences in your user profile, but opting out will not affect information we have already shared.

Information that is not personal information.   We reserve the right to use and disclose information that is not personal information without restriction.  This is information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, or that would require access to other information that is not publicly available in order to identify you.  It includes, for example, usage information (including your IP address), aggregated information, and location information that does not identify you.

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA)

TAC is not a health care provider, and is not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA.  

While we protect the privacy of Your Health Information in the manner described in this policy, we are not required to comply with HIPAA or California’s patient privacy laws.  

Security

We incorporate safeguards to help protect and secure your personal information. However, no data transmission over the Internet, mobile networks, wireless transmission or electronic storage of information is completely secure. We cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to us, and you use our service and provide us with your information at your own risk.

Information You Disclose

The Website may contain community forums and message boards where users are able to create user profiles, writings, photographs, ideas, videos, audio recordings, computer graphics, pictures, data, or other content, including personal information (collectively, "User Content"). All User Content once posted immediately becomes the property of TAC. We may display, reproduce, publish, distribute or otherwise use User Content online or offline in any media or format (currently existing or hereafter developed) and may or may not attribute it to you. Others may have access to this User Content and may have the ability to share it.  Please think carefully before posting any personal information in a public forum. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to any information that you disclose publicly through our Website Forums. We are not responsible for the accuracy, use or misuse of any User 
Content that you disclose or receive from third parties through the Website.

User Information and Communications

You are responsible for maintaining the truthfulness and accuracy of the information you submit to us, such as your contact information provided as part of registration.  We may disable your account if the information provided is determined to be false or no longer current.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

TAC has the authority to alter the Privacy Policy at any time without notice to you. However, we will not change this Privacy Policy in a manner that materially alters our use of personal information about you as posted at the time it was collected unless required to do so by law.
