Evaluation Process and KO Bros Star Ranking

At The Arrival Camp (TAC), we pride ourselves on providing a transparent and comprehensive evaluation process for our student-athletes. A key component of this process is our TAC Combine, which significantly influences our KO Bros Star Ranking.

How It Works:

• TAC Combine Results: The performance metrics from our TAC Combine constitute the first half (50 / 100 points) of your KO Bros Star Ranking. This rigorous assessment includes a variety of tests designed to measure your athletic abilities, skills, and overall potential.

• TAC Skills Camp Performance: The performance metrics from our TAC Skills Camp constitute the remaining half (50 / 100 points) of your KO Bros Star Ranking. This rigorous assessment includes a variety of tests designed to measure your athletic abilities, skills, and overall potential.

• Testing Variables: At our events, we evaluate a total of 10 variables for each position. Five of these variables are measured during our combine, while the remaining five are assessed throughout our skills camp. Each student-athlete can earn up to 10 points per variable, contributing to a maximum of 100 potential points in their KO Bros Star Ranking.

• Establishing Benchmarks: To ensure transparency and fairness, we set clear benchmarks for each test within the TAC Combine. These benchmarks allow student-athletes and their families to understand the criteria we use for evaluation.

• Preparation and Anticipation: By knowing these benchmarks, athletes can better prepare for the TAC Combine, ensuring they perform at their best. This also allows families to anticipate how their athlete might fare in our event, providing a clear picture of their standing and areas for improvement.

Our goal at TAC is to foster an environment of clarity and support, helping student-athletes excel and accurately gauge their progress compared to their peers.
